Saves a CAD body as a STEP file with exact B-rep surfaces, which CAD packages read. A body from Quad Mesh to CAD Body is written as its quad cage's smooth limit surface, with the faces it reuses written as their own file draws them. A body from Solid to CAD Body is written with its exact surfaces and curves, checked valid by OpenCASCADE (surfaces STEP has no form for are written as B-splines within 0.0001 mm). For printing, use Export Mesh (3MF, STL or OBJ); a slicer turns a CAD file into triangles anyway.
The CAD body to save: from Quad Mesh to CAD Body or Solid to CAD Body. Required.
Where to write the file.
Values the block gives besides its output. The editor lists them under Properties, and an input can read one by reference.
