Fills a surface mesh with tetrahedra even when the mesh is flawed (self-intersections, holes, degenerate faces), using fTetWild. The boundary is rebuilt and may move up to the tolerance away from the input. Slower than Tet Mesh, which is the better choice for clean input.
The surface mesh to fill with tetrahedra. Required.
Target tetrahedron edge length in mm (default 2), one value for the whole mesh.
0 to 10 (default 5): how hard the tets are optimized toward regular shapes. Higher values also give a finer mesh.
How far in mm the rebuilt boundary may stray from the input surface. Unset: 0.001 × the bounding-box diagonal.
Values the block gives besides its output. The editor lists them under Properties, and an input can read one by reference.
How many volume elements (hexahedra or tetrahedra) the mesh has.
Each distinct element edge as a line segment.
The outer boundary faces as a surface Mesh.
How many vertices (FE nodes) the mesh has.
The position of every vertex.
