Cone

A solid cone between two points, with its own radius at each end. Set one radius to 0 for a pointed cone, or both equal for a cylinder.

Inputs

Start Point

Start center, from a wire; replaces the typed value.

Takes: any block that gives Point (13 blocks)
End Point

End center, from a wire; replaces the typed value.

Takes: any block that gives Point (13 blocks)
Start radius Number

Start radius, from a wire; replaces the typed value.

End radius Number

End radius, from a wire; replaces the typed value.

Output

Solid

Used by: any block that takes Solid (95 blocks)

Properties

Values the block gives besides its output. The editor lists them under Properties, and an input can read one by reference.

Solid Solid

The cone as a Solid.

Axis Axis

The line through the centers of both caps.

StartPoint Point

Center of the base cap.

EndPoint Point

Center of the top cap.

StartRadius Number

Radius of the cap at the start point.

EndRadius Number

Radius of the cap at the end point.

BoundingBox Bounding Box

The axis-aligned extent of the cone.

ScalarField Number

The cone's signed distance, as a field.
